About The Job
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at a government facility. The role includes supervising cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all areas as per government guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prepare daily/weekly cleaning schedules and assign duties.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Maintain records of attendance, supplies, and incidents.
- Enforce safety and sanitation policies in accordance with site regulations.
- Liaise with facility management for feedback and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning.
- Familiarity with government facility protocols is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
